I'd like to place an order from English site to be delivered to Korean address.

Is it something possible to do?

I'm assuming your Korean site won't allow me to purchase items with non-Korean issued credit cards thus I'm considering using your English site to order my items as I don't have any credit card issued in Korea.

If so, is it usual process for me to just add items in the cart but enter shipping address to Korea and I won't be charged for international shipping, right?

Please confirm before I can place an order.

And please do let me know if I can actually order from Korean site using Non-Korean issued credit card or Paypal.
